Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support team or initiate a return through the “My Orders” section on our website/app. Once the product is received and verified, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes the quality check. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
Refunds are applicable for eligible returns made within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Certain items may be non-refundable—check the product description for details.
Delivery
Delivery charges depend on your location and order value. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2000. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at flat rate basis
You can track your order by entering the Order ID on the “Track My Order” page on our website or app. You’ll also receive updates via email/SMS.
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates. If there are no updates or you need assistance, contact our customer support team.
Returns
To initiate a return, visit the “My Orders” section on our website/app, select the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions. Alternatively, contact our customer support team for assistance.
