Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Your Order ID is provided in the confirmation email or SMS sent after you placed your order. If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.

• Order Placed: Your order has been successfully placed.
• Processing: We are preparing your order for shipment.
• Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is on its way.
• Out for Delivery: Your order is with the delivery agent and will reach you soon.
• Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
• Canceled: Your order has been canceled. Contact us for further information.

Delivery times depend on your location and the product’s availability. Generally:

• Local orders: 1-3 business days
• Regional orders: 3-7 business days

Yes, you can update your address if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking page for updates. You can also contact our support team for more details.

First, check the tracking page for the current status of your order. If the status shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact our customer service immediately.

The delivery agent will attempt delivery again or contact you for rescheduling. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.
